Have you seen our video on the maze? If not, take a look it. The biggest candidates do go through our maze were both about the same size: one was 6'5, 330; the other 6'4, 335 pounds. Both went through it quickly no problem. Good luck and let us know when you passed.
@@vugibson I did, it really helped. I get claustrophobic but its a fear Im working on overcoming. Thank you for giving these resources. Really helps me know what to expect from the test tomorrow.
Probably depends on the facility at which you test. Some candidates have reported that they were allowed to use their own gloves at another facility. If this is a concern, I would suggest that you bring the gloves you want to test with and see if the staff at that facility will allow it. Technically, candidates are supposed to use the gloves provided to them, and these gloves are supposed to be standard regardless of where a candidate tests.
Is tripping/falling during the event a critical fail? I see everyone with this mess of hose in there lap after the hose drag and wonder how no one is tripping.
Let me preface the answer with this: what is considered a fail at one facility might not be considered the same way at another site (everyone judges the test slightly differently). We have had several candidates trip and fall on the way to the drag box (never been judged a fail); never had any fall immediately following the hose drag. A general trip/fall wouldn't be a fail.
This candidate is coming back soon to try and achieve the course record (currently stands at 7 minutes, 25 seconds). Our early prediction: he will improve his time by 60 seconds and achieve 7 minutes on the attempt.
This is probably the best sledgehammer attempt I've seen 😂. Man was about to break the machine!
Over the last three years, we've had very few equal his performance on this task.
These videos are extremely helpful. I just passed my test here, and the videos were a great way to see the course, and get mentally prepared.
Glad the video was helpful. Congratulations on your test.
Did the proctor guide you like in this video? I have to take the test without orientation or a practice test on the 15th
Excellent video. Glad to see all the motions before I test. Great run by the candidate, congratulations sir.
He did do a great job, especially considering this was an initial experience with a CPAT course.
Should’ve let him keep going lol man was flying through it! Congrats
If he had been allowed to keep going, he would have broken the machine.
Hahah so awesome how he just kept going at the end. Man did not want to be stopped.
He was very focused, yes. He did a great job.
Great video and great location enjoyable atmosphere
Glad to hear the experience was positive. Good luck with the new year.
Super helpful, im only nervous about the maze and being cramped up. But this guy is a lot larger than me so it cant be that bad at all.

are you allowed to bring your own work gloves to the CPAT or do you have to use the gloves provided to you?

Thanks for the quick response! Good to know.
@@andrewlenander7937 Wherever you are testing, be sure to ask them this question.
Didn’t want to stop 😂
The end 😂😂😂. Good shit though man
I tried to get your record, I fell short😢. Nevertheless man you’re a beast!
