Man. I'm tired of this view. Why do you automatically conclude people mean fake as everything about it is fake? We all know what they mean. Either 1. Fixed 2. Scripted 3. "Safe". The goal is not to hurt your opponent while making it seem real. That is the art. You don't make it an art by going against that fundamental aspect. You guys have an out dated view with lack of understanding apparent to those who discern. People have a hard time speaking as it is. Unless you're born with a gift. Injuries are not fake. Owens death is not fake. I'm a wrestling fan, huge wrestling fan. Enjoyed it thoroughly. Yet, I know what they mean. It's not disrespectful. It's basic human behavior. It's stupid this conversation continues. Stop taking everything personal. For goodness sake.
@@Cwattsnyc just because people use words you don't like or are offended by is a personal problem and not that individual's problem. Yeah, it's not fake. Can an uneducated being not learn by asking a question even if they use the incorrect terminology? No. They get slapped around. When wrestlers make a mistake, a lot of fans are forgiving about it. When others make a mistake they're not forgiving about it in the business unless they're protected by powerful individuals. No sympathy for them. So, I'm with the others. Yeah, it's not fake. So, then it's not just entertainment but real. Which changes a HUGE aspect of this sport that they try to deny plenty of times. It's supposed to be for entertainment purposes and nothing else. So, which is it? Real? Or entertainment?
@@CwattsnycMass Transit Incident. Heard of it? That was 100% real and nothing fake about it. Nothing. Do you watch it? If not, why? You enjoy that? You like that type of wrestling? You're not gonna bully the uneducated or the next generation because they aren't into wrestling as much as others and don't know what the business is about. The real stuff sucks. The real stuff in wrestling ruins it for the ones watching it for entertainment. You ever seen the messed up stuff that has happened to people in the ring that was brutal and real? If so, you know that's not wrestling. You know that's not what wrestling fans want. Kurt Angle broke his back at KOTR 2001 and Shane landed on his head multiple times and to this day it's hard to watch for many viewers. It's insane to still have that view after everything that has happened and how many people lost their lives to demonstrate the legitimacy of wrestling and if ending in tragedy. Why do wrestling fans have a hard time with being able to make a clear distinction between fans and people who are not fans? You literally have to take it personally, don't you? I have never taken it personally because we all had to learn how the industry works and didn't just obtain powers of understanding wrestling instantly. I'm sure you have even asked the question of if it was fake to someone at some point. The hostility towards people about using the word fake is childish and enough evidence to support people aren't mature enough, nor understanding enough to have entertainment for entertainment's sake. If you harm anyone over using the word fake in any sense then that is a lot worse than either asking a question about it or speaking freely. You explain to them the difference then leave it alone. If they're genuine they learned something. If not, who cares? Watch wrestling and get over it. That's what I do. 😂 It's not hard.
@@NMIT1PI get that, I do. My issue is some people know what they’re doing and it shouldn’t always go unchecked. It’s supposed to be safe but trust me that shit hurts so I just have a different level of respect to the people who go in the squared circle.
Truthfully it just goes to show that some people never had a childhood because why step on something other love?
@@Uncrowned_unbeaten you explained it better than I ever could💪🏿
