This is Generator 101. Especially worthwhile since the surface often gets omitted in favour of sexier mindcakes. Also, I dig the bouncer metaphor

Being educated in vocal expression I learned, If you answer your yes and no questions with your own voice, with great awareness of your body, you will notice that there's an answer coming from your throat/upper chest and an other answer comes from lower down, your belly, your gut. You can check it by saying something you know is untrue for you, like: "I love to eat boiled froglegs" and something you know is true for you, for instance "I love eating chocolate" and scan your body to feel the difference in resonation and location.

I already wrote a comment to you on Mighty Networks about this video but want to add here on this platform just how incredibly helpful and valuable this precise analysis is of the dilemmas of the Generator. You’ve covered so many things I’ve been experimenting with the last 18 months, as a Generator, and have had my own “dilemmas” about and partially worked through. But your practical solutions and deep dive into these areas have brought even more awareness. And of course, I appreciate your heretical take that is sprinkled in. From a fellow Quad Right 5/1, thank you!🙌🏻🔥

Thank you so much for sharing your wisdom in such an undogmatic way! I see it exactly the same way.

The baggage claim analogy is great!
