There are many ways of fasting or making sacrifices. For example, don't take suger, alcohol, don't watch TV, get out of bed earlier, etc. but whatever you do, do for the glory of God in union with Christ Jesus. united in prayer.

A friend of ours at Mass ordered things from you all andnthry finally came a few minths ago andnwe have been meeting at our local Cathedral to make expiation for the offenses agaisnt the first 3 commandments. The Holy Face Devotion has become a new treaasured form of prayer for us because as lay women we are called to console our Lord Jesus like Veronica did especially in our times when most of us are guilty of contributing to offending our Lord in the holy Sacrament of at the altar if they are following the errors of modernism and continue to make compromises like oir vlessed mother forewarned over many centuries. Recently a local priest here has allowed the church open for us to gather on Tuesday's to pray the devotion of the Holy face and the stations of the cross and thr sorrowful rosary. For me personally i would also pray the 7 sorrows of B.V.M. these devotions complement our sacraments and Holy Mass. Im so happy to learn more and need to read about Leo Dupont. We have found that in such a short time this devotion has helped developed our ferver to make reparation and so the fruits are good.
