1.Ruled sheets/pages of old notebook
2.plain pages AKA printer pages
3.Notebook with spiral binding
4.use ball pens. 5/10 rupees ones.
5.Black and blue ball pens.
6.You can make small notes and paste them in your NCERT.
7.use them to attach a point later with your main notes.
8.to highlight the extra important points in notes. Like data and definition.

As my opinion, because I am new to note-making so like what I do is, first I read the chapter without any interruption and understand it clearly. Then I read the chapter again by making notes side-by-side. And I really think its a good idea!🌈💫

I'm in 12th from humanities side, same thing happened with me but because of my teacher now i only highlight main words or points not lines. I use highlighter to highlight main words or points and use pencil to highlight the rest of line. This makes my book look more clean now and easy to understand too. And i use different colour highlighter to highlight important names of persons or events.

mam, I wrote my class 10 boards in 2020. I didn't go for any other coaching for sst and studied with the help of you only. I scored 99/100 [lost one mark in map qn]. I Think that plain sheets are the best because sometimes in science & maths we need to draw some diagrams on practice papers but we miss some tiny parts which cannot be seen because lines are passing through them.

Thanks for the awesome video ma'am....before I was never able to make notes and used to get frustrated but when I watched this video I realised that I was not comfortable with ruled sheets and was trying to make notes of long chapters for the first time ....I used to not know how to make notes...I understood that through this video and the samples at the end were very useful ......I tried making notes of power sharing chapter and finally it came out very well and I am very happy with it❤️

First I used to hate SST because NCERT language was lil bit difficult + I used to get bored reading those huge(HISTORY) chapters but after seeing your lectures SST become my personal favourite subject and also realised its very scoring subject. Also because of you I secured 79/80 in social last year (9th standard ).Now I am 100%sure that in board exams too I am going to score above 95% because of you.

I am starting my 11th classes from15th of this month I have opted for PCM and literally I have never made my self study notes and even sst notes till now from 6th to 10th class but still I was excellent at studies.
yeah same for me notes arent really necessary but they do come in handy I tried it once and I revised the chapter really quickly but I am just too lazy to make them for every chapter
