Hi Eddie, glad you enjoyed the video and music. The music is entitled Angeline-the-baker by Nat Keefe with The Bow Ties. You can find it on UA-cam studio, under the genre of Country. There is no attribution required. Hope you have a chance to check out some of my other videos. Thanks for viewing and commenting, very much appreciated. ATB, Dave
Thankyou Dave, and I will be watching more of your filming. I too love the wild remote hiking and camping, though so far not in Scotland yet. Hopefully I'll be doing that soon and preferably during quite and peaceful season. God bless and ATB !
@@eddiegeorge6114 Good morning Eddie, I hope you can visit Scotland soon. It is a grand place for outdoor adventures. Let’s hope we all enjoy a peaceful future. God bless you too. ATB, Dave
Any occurrances of hauntings in bothies? Just on my first solo to Corrour bothy back in late '82 there was a persistant knocking at the door, but noone there.
I've told this story a few times: When I was a teenager, I spent a freezing winter's night in the bothy at the end of Loch Ericht, Ben Alder Cottage, which is famed for being haunted. To stave off the cold, I was able to get a fire going, using a discarded newspaper and some sticks. Long after dark, I was disturbed by the front door of the cottage creaking open and then the sound of angry rantings and streams of expletives coming from the cold, dark room next to the one I was hunkered down in. Was it the ghost of Ben Alder Cottage? All was revealed in the morning when I sheepishly peered around the door of the other room: A wizened old guy, wrapped in his sleeping bag, asked me if I was the b@st@rd who stole his copy of the Socialist Worker... I feigned ignorance as I hurriedly vacated the bothy, hoping that there were no tell-tale remnants of his paper in the grate. That's the closest I've come to other-worldly encounters in the bothies. Stay safe. ATB, Dave .
Nice one David, superb scenery and glowing fire, thanks for sharing. ATV, Harry

Nice bit of filming Dave. I also enjoyed the accompanying piece of music, and who is it by please?
