Matthew Sweet - Time Capsule B&W w/"subtitles"

Not sure of the story behind this, but someone in 1993 apparently was persuasive enough to produce and promote a version of the Time Capsule video in grainy black & white, with "foreign" subtitles.

I have a VHS promo of this version. If you or anyone else wants it c/o Yer doin' great: a muzak clickclack, private message me and I'll mail it to ya. I put it up for grabs for a contest we did and no one claimed it.
