Every part of gov't has failed the people.

Do not forget the main culprit: We The People! We allow this to happen and we have the power to stop it through our votes. After all we are government: of the people, by the people and for the people.

Great saying from Rothbard “the alleged checks & balances”.... We could have 20 branches of government but it would still be checking itself

Hey... what’s the solution to this current economic malaise?
      Austrian economics?
If so, can you explain “Praxeology” within the untried economic model of Austrian economics?

All the courts are overrated. They either uphold the law in a court “holding court” and the laws are constitutional and have a positive law citation (title 1 chapter 3 section 204), and can be used as evidence in all the courts of the United States, or the courts are “doing business” outside the constitution using titles that have no positive law citation and are not laws and cannot e used as evidence in constitutional courts, so they switch to business courts outside the constitution where judges have no oath or bond. They send people to prison for contracts that have to do with such titles as Public Health, Law Enforcement, foreign Affairs, IRS, FDA, etc.
    Biggest scam ever!!!

Spooner argues the Constitution is a contract, binding only upon the signatories. He has a point.

Every part of this channel is anti Domestic US. Like trying to stir up civil discourse. Who funds this channel, who is the editor of content.

The Mises institute is funded by private donors. I believe Ryan McMaken is the current editor.

"stir up civil discourse" ??? "stir up" is to foment, cause, encourage. "civil" is either polite or to do with civics/government. "discourse" is to talk.
Get people talking about government? Get people talking nicely?
