The rank also consider economy, industry, infrastructure, land, territorial, population, reserve military personnel. In a real war this matter.

어차피 군대 훈련을 안 받은 사람은 전장에서 아무리 덩치가 커도 그냥 걸어다니는 허수아비일 뿐임. 전쟁은 UFC가 아니라는 걸 알아야 된다. 40kg이 넘는 군장을 짊어지고 작전 시간 내에 산을 올라가야될 때도 있고, 군장메고 휴식없이 100km를 넘는 거리를 돌파해야될 때도 있음. 숨쉬기도 힘든 40도가 넘는 고온에서도 작전 수행은 해야되고, 영하 20도에서도 작전 수행은 해야됨. 군대에서 받는 훈련은 단순히 체육관에서처럼 근육만 키우는게 아니라, 체력, 인내, 절제, 작전 수행, 효율적인 살상 방법 이 모든 것이 포함된다고 보면 된다. 군대를 경험해보지 않고, 남성성을 논한다는 건 우스운 일이지.
그냥 저 순위는 항공모함 있고 없고의 차이임.

With all due respect, this is a very shallow assessment based on numbers only. What about when assessing on age, quality, type and capabilities of equipment, aircraft, ships, weapons systems etc ? Technological capabilities ? Training and skills ? Budget and funding capabilities just to name a few. So much more depth required for this assessment to be treated seriously.

The only thing I can see here is that Rank number 4 has built a military that can successfully fight a two-front war defending against rank number 3 whilst wrecking rank number 9 at the same time. The fact that Rank number 3 is distracted due to Rank number 1 breathing down its neck is helpful. But more helpful is the geographical advantage Rank number 4 enjoys. Ofcourse what keeps temperatures cool is the ability of all three mentioned herein to literally flip the table by going literally nuclear ballistic.
