Are you sure your Chandelure has Flash Fire?
The only way Ho-oh can hit Chandelure with fire attacks is if it must be having either Flame Body or Infiltrator

For whatever reason, my first battle with this team, the Ho Oh, didn't use a move that targeted both my Pokemon like it did for you, but for my 2nd attempt, everything went fine. Weird. Anyways, thank you for this video. i appreciate it!
