On the second movement melody goes a tone below the tonic and they change the bordun, staying there, resolving the tension which happens again in the melody and the minor second interval till the final cadence when they're going back on the tonic. It gives a wholeness which consists of two inner connected parts and such a sweet, aristocratic and pure modern musical joy!
