It's Carpigiani industrial ice cream product brand.They have milions of euro incomes every year (Huge economic power!!) Theyr only interest is you to buy their semi-industrial material (that cost a LOT)
Mind:The real Italian italian chef DO NOT USE any of those product (except for some 100% shell fruits paste such as 100% haselnut paste 100% pistachio paste etc...)
An ice cream maker should be able to create theyr own reciepts and balance it with mathematic calculation.
