I feel voucher items in a voucher store are not good.... While I might like them...... it just seems bad for the company.
It makes them work for no pay? right? or do they use a percentage of those vouchers in the dec/voucher swap?
@@sprstoner7848 vouchers exchanged in the shop are all burned. On that front, ya may be right. It does, however, encourage validator support and SPS staking which offer both indirect and direct value to the company. If that value isn’t worth it in 1-2 years’ time, it may be time to reconsider the voucher shop.

Agree and those incentives will be important at some point even if not so much now. Maybe they are important now.
But I really feel the team needs profit too. Profit will also motivate maybe even inspiring even more voucher store updates.
Let’s see how things play out.
But I think we need to think about this in the future. Not sure how to tackle a way for them to profit with the voucher store. But ideas will be running through my head.
@@sprstoner7848 agreed. The intention with the voucher shop proposal was always to iterate first before removing vouchers entirely while remaining open to total removal, should we need to. Perhaps there’s room for the team to collect a % of the vouchers from the sale to a.) make up for the exploit a few days ago and b.) offer longer term revenue

Yep. I still would prefer they got removed completely.
Maybe at some point some voucher purchases require certain events to take place to unlock. Almost like achievements or something. Like a way to inspire new users to participate. Or older users to keep their cool points. 😎
You are of course aware that unnocking price of soulboubd reward cards are greatest obstacle for growth of this game?
I agree that company must have some mechanism to protect itself from burning reward cards since they are paying for minting them. But 2 x unlocking would be enough for such protection. Company would have minting covered, players could have more options, and new players would have cheaper access to game. For future of gaming players could have jackpot feeling once again and company would benefit more from market trades. As far as cheap/expensive cards argument Matt explained, cards on market are not bought by company so it shouldnt be his concern hence company already brought prices down by restrictive politics and noone benefited from that. Cards on marketplace are bought by players and market rules would further determine card prices.
i think the point was to keep them limited and from devaluing other cards. I do agree they are expensive, I have un locked 0.
@@sprstoner7848 Whatever point was, it is counterproductive by all means. One maxed gf legendary soulbound cost like entire CL core set. Overpriced without single benefit to the comunity or company. Complete daily card market trades dont go over 7 k in past couple of days. What is the point of cheap or expensive when noone buy them?
