Assalamualaikum, I tried this today, it was my first time making veg biryani and i followed your directions to the T. ALHUMDULILLAH it turned out perfectly! Everyone loved it ma shaa Allah...JazakAllah khair so much for your efforts, it helps us novices out immensely!
I do have to mention, your cooking style is so much like my marhoom saas, she was an amazing cook as well and i was lucky to learn a few things from her but i do wish I got the chance to learn more from her. Watching your videos reminds me of her cooking and there's so much zaiqa in your recipes as well. Seriously cant thank you enough baji. After I started following you, i've stopped checking other channels out to be honest.
Just 1 suggestion ...agar aap ingredient ki quantities ke saath saath, woh quantity mein kitne logon ke liye banega woh bhi bole to aasani hoti...we can double or triple or halve the recipe as needed. Hamare jaise naye logon ku zyada quantity ke khane ka andaza nai rehta na..like aap iss vid mein 1 kg rice ka bataye to 1 kg veg biryani mein kitne log kha sakte 1 time pe woh bhi bole to andaza lagane aasani hoti...but JazakAllah khair anyway Allah aap ku bahut khushiyan aur sehet de ameen
