Iam RETIRED MILITARY AND I were in Germany in 1995 and 1996. And of course there was a lot of Puerto Ricans. And as I can remember in Germany and also in Spain. Those foreign National were only talked to so-called African-American about hip hop and R&B. The Puerto Ricans were still listen to salsa music and a lot of those Puerto Rican was from New York.
