he really is. IF YOU HAVE BACKGROUND IN music, or if you really are a singer, you can actually say V is the real singer, just by listing to him in few seconds! That kind of voice is so rare, unique, deep and soulful! its a gem and it's priceless! You cant actually have that kind of voice even if you train hard in your lifetime! other vocalists becomes so good at singing because they trained so hard, but V is born with that kind of voice, without training.

The first time I saw V in War of Hormones I can tell that he will be great dancer. They didn't noticed him at first. His gracefulness in the stage says it all. V's personality is very unique among other members. Yes, I know the 3 J's are the first one in the line up, they are great too. But V without a professional dance training impresses me. Finally when he performed Singularity they were so impressed and the director of choreography promoted him as one of the line dance. V's dancing is really something else, so far it seems like his dance style is kind of delicate, the kind that's suitable for contemporary, but he can nail sharp movements as well. Sometimes it feels like his body was made to dance to 'save me', because his style + voice fits the song so well
Then there's 'I'm fine', and honestly, I had to rewatch this several times because of the intro, I've never seen anyone do things like that with their hands. That was really something else, it's not easy to bend and control your fingers that way without having good hand-eye coordination, but he nails it. He can work with his hands like no one else. But that's for another day,
And I was also blown away by the part where he says, "I'm feeling just fine, fine, fine" and bends his whole body, and the reflexes just... that part killed me. I'm rewatching this, I don't even have the words, someone hold me

And to put it in perspective, when you sing, not only do you sing from the diaphragm, but your lungs also expand in the back to give you more vocal sustenance. To sing lying down is hard - your body is fighting against gravity to get air and support your voice. But what V's doing here is incredible - he's not just singing on his back; he's being held up by J-Hope and Suga which means there will be different parts of his back being compressed and also he won't be as physically stable compared to just lying on the ground. For his voice to not waver at all during the opening lines of I'm Fine is really amazing. There's so much vocal control required - so awesome.

He may not be the best dancer compared to the original dance line but I thought that he was part of it from the start because he captivated me with his dancing - the bouncy hair, the purr-fect voice, the facial expressions through his big and expressive eyes, his strong stage presence and charisma. In short, his X factor. No one comes close. Some may be excellent in dancing in singing but Taehyung is the ultimate performer and i believe that’s what matters. All Western superstars became superstars because they have the IT factor even if they are not the best singers live or the best dancers. This man has got IT!

I don't understand why y'all constantly discredit his talent. He has the widest vocal range. According to many musicians, he is the best vocalist in the band. And now the lead dancer. He's not on a par with J-hope and Jimin, but on a par with Jk. I think this attitude is wrong. Because even his own fans are trying to express a lackness while praising him. I think this attitude is one of the reasons why he is still underrated dancer and singer. He is so popular but his talents not. Whenever I read the comments on Taehyung fancams most comments like "maybe he is not the best singer but../maybe he is not the best dancer but.." Um, hello? Why can't he even get a whole praise? To make other's biased fans feel good? I haven't seen this attitude in any member's fans. He is very talented. And in my opinion, he is still using his 50% of his potential unlike other members.
@stephanie or You speak my mind. They know nothing about music, dancing or art but they act like a expert. This man has the widest range, he has perfect pitch and he has best vocal technique. And about dance.. Every song tells different story and rhythm. Taehyung is not only dancing but he also embracing music. He feels the rhythm. Sometimes dancing gracefully and softly, sometimes hard and fast. And he adjusts these transitions so well that he makes it seem effortless. Those kiddos always think that dancing fast and hard makes you a better dancer. Jimin is a good performer and a good dancer, but sometimes his movements don't match the energy of the music and he is exaggerated. Jk is a flexible person who does various sports besides dance. So he is lucky. But when he's dancing, he's too technical and tough. The way he moves is so predictable. His body in the same rhythm regardless of the song. You know what i mean? I think his perception of being passionate is a little shallow. Because the increase in tempo is not a sign of passion. Passion is something different. Something about delivery and feeling in your soul. Not just body. Not just fast heartbeat. He has mostly blank face when dancing, his only natural expression is anger. J-hope is very good in every way. I have huge respect for him. And i think Taehyung can get better than J-hope if he wants. I think this fandom doesn't know what talent means. They are like the unconscious consumer who thinks the product with the best advertisement is the best. It's embarrassing honestly.

He was not involved in anything. He was already slowly became distant in 2018 tho. So Bighit had the opportunity to highlight Jk and Jimin much more. I realized that anyone new to fandom knows Taehyung very different than he is. Not only that, almost all haters from his are not outsider. They are in the fandom. His biggest mistake is that he doesn't see his potential. I think he knows and feels his potential deep down inside, but he can't fit this into his logic. And i think that after all he has gone through, his view of himself has changed. People don't pay any attention to his words. Nowadays, he always uses phrases such as "I will be cooler for you, I will become better". It's okay to improve yourself. But if you are doing this for yourself.
