Manusmriti is is similar to Hadiths of Islam have many conflicts with Vedas too ,It created cast system or varna pratha,one of the worst system, I'm from a Bramhin family and finished reading Manusmriti,one of the worst book for the society. Geeta is a better book but Manusmriti is worse.

If you follow the real Hinduism then India is already a hindurashtra with many cultures and religions, there's no need to write it. Don't follow the BJP,if you write hindurashtra in the constitution there will be many bad consequences.
