I LOVE my Bella Taylor! I have the black leather one with the clasp. The coin pocket is on the back and much easier to access. I haven't had a problem with it getting caught on anything, but I can see how it might. The nice thing about the clasp is that I can put my ID, cards, checkbook, coupons, etc, in the front part. That way, I don't always need to open the cash wallet part behind. The quality is great, too!
Thank you for showing the different options, it really helped me to make a final decision for a Envelope Wallet! The Bella Taylor is winner for me it's so organized, practical and everything is in one place. Before I was only using the plastic envelope with zip closure without a binder. They were a nightmare to get them out of my purse and everyone could see I had cash. Thank you for making this video and introducing me to this product! 👍👍
I had planned to watch several videos on this subject today but after watching this there is no need to. You've done a great review and I've made my choice.
I love the style of the Bella Taylor wallet, but they haven't released a fabric I like yet. I have an old Vera Bradley that I love, I just made my own dividers 🗂️ to separate my money categorys. Great video showing the differences. If anyone is using your original style wallet you could put paper clips on the envelopes to keep the money from falling out, but it would add to the bulk.
I use an a7 that I made my own envelopes for. I used cardstock and 5mil laminating sheets and I have never had any cash slide out. That Bella Taylor wallet is adorable!
Perfect timing for me I’m coming to the US to Pittsburgh in March and I am using the Cash Envelope system to help with my savings and I wanted to know how to set it up to travel. Thanks for keeping it all real
Oh I think the bella taylor would work great for that! Have fun in Pittsburgh I go every year! I'm a huge Steelers fan! Be sure to get a sandwich at Primanti's Brothers....super good!
I LOVE my Bella Taylor, I have two (seasonal to match my purses). I've had my first wallet for 3 years and it has held up well. I have the one with the lock on the front and have had no issues. I love your channel, I grab a cup of coffee and it's like visiting with a friend.
It worked very well! But I don’t use it currently because my job and money situation changed a lot so I wasn’t using cash they way I use to. But it’s a super Good wallet!
Thank you so much for sharing that with us. I didn't even know cash envelopes were a thing. I love the idea. I want to share with you a challenge that my husband and I did. We couldn't account for how we spent our cash and how quickly it would be gone. We decided to put any 5.00 bill that we were given as change for a purchase in an envelope. We only did this with 5's. At the end of the year I had $600.00 and he had $435.00. That's a savings that is not planned for and could be used to treat yourself to something nice.
This was so helpful - I have been thinking of going to this budget concept, I think I will order myself one with the new quarter starting :) thank you for this video
I’ve been trying to get started on cash envelopes and I can’t seem to save enough to get going. Lol. Low income problems are real. 😂😂😂. I hope you share some of your process with us. I use a smartfee as my wallet but I bought clear vinyl ID card protectors and punch them to fit the rings. And I fold my cash and put them in those. I have to open the rings to get the cash out so I don’t have to worry about bills falling out But I’m really liking the zipper closure too. Sighs. Decisions decisions. Lol
Just take what you would normally spend on necessities and put that in your wallet and when the cash is gone you have to wait til next payday for that section.
I ordered a Filofax during boxing day sales to use as my wallet this year. I was torn on using cash envelopes but it helps me carry all my coupons and gift cards etc. I might transition to cash budgeting later in the year but most of my spending issues results from online shopping, not coffees 😂
I had a Bella Taylor it’s sitting in my drawer now. I made envelopes for my Moterm A7 wallet and love it! I just like that it’s chunky and it fits better in my purse than the Bella Taylor.
Thank you! I'm new to this and my coins fell out so many times and I use fake money... I actualky didn't realize you could just compile all your coins and essentially just save it once a month. I was thinking of doing something like that but was confused on how to. I needed something simple and easy to use for on the go spending that doesn't seem crazy when I pull it out, write down the money I'm using etc (since it's fake money) this inspired me to look into a wallet like the one you chose and I'll most likely switch from having a small binder to something bigger for my sinking funds and things like that with durable envelopes. Shall see. This was a godsend because i almost fell off of sticking to it cuz i got all jumbled but this system is really helping me. And also same about always ending up with the more expensive product especially when you want something sturdy, functional lol
I love this concept for budgeting my fun money and restaurants but I find that probably 90% of my purchases are online.. I need some king of tracking for that
I just got the other BellaTaylor cash wallet and it’s enormous. It’s probably similar in size to the two you’re returning. The clasp is very bulky. It’s not for me :P and I don’t like that the “envelopes” are not closed at the bottom. I like to keep the change with the categories
Personally i don't like the accordion style because I don't like that when paying and you open your wallet all money is easily visible. That could just be my paranoid self😂
I don't do an all-cash budget because all of my bills and most of my buying are done online. Instead I use a spreadsheet that I set up for myself. I do have a wallet with sections, and I separate the cash that is budgeted for groceries, gas, eating out, cats, and Treat Yo Self. I have tried using a budgeting planner and it's just overkill for what I need.

I am getting one. Such a great solution! Thank you! I just retired and I need to be smarter about money. You are the best!
Glad I could help! It really is the best one I've seen.
I have the filofax one, but I use the diary inserts to for keeping track of spending and appointments

Good to know! Still love mine and thx for watching
I agree on the Three Way Cut! I ordered and did same thing as you…I barely opened it and I said “nope”…put it right back in box and returned it!!
Great Idea!
Thank u so much for this comparison.
The Bella Taylor is definitely more compact but still holds everything comfortably😊! Nice👍🏻! Thank you for sharing the different styles 😁!
Thanks for watching!
You are so fun. I like this idea a lot.
Great comparisons. Thank you for sharing this!!!
Can you do an update on the wallet and how it’s worked or not and if you still like it?
It worked very well! But I don’t use it currently because my job and money situation changed a lot so I wasn’t using cash they way I use to. But it’s a super
Good wallet!

Oh yes there are $1 challenges too. I’m not doing anything like this right now.
This was so helpful - I have been thinking of going to this budget concept, I think I will order myself one with the new quarter starting :) thank you for this video
I love it and it's still working for me.
I love the size of the Bella Taylor, I wish they did make a leather option. I’m not a fan of fabric.
Oh my goodness. Thisbis my first te watching you and oh my you are hilarious. Love watching you ❤ I will sub.
Thanks! I appreciate your nice comment.
I'm in love with your bella taylor cash wallet. It is much more expensive to buy it in Canada.
I liked the daisy one the best too.❤

@@talksfromtheheart thanks ! That’s a great way to start. I’ve been thinking about it wrong. Lol.
Love that filofax
Loved your video ❤ What size are the cash envelopes you use for your everyday folder?
To fit a dollar bill
Here for this 💜💜
This video is soooo 🔝🔝 im in love with my rachel cruze cash wallet! For me is the best of all! Life changing! Kind regards from madrid ❤

I just got that wallet from Amazon, I paid 6.99 for mine in blue.. I like it
Me too!

Benefit of the new ones over what you had to begin with: they zipper closed so no money falling everywhere.
I agree. I was NOT happy when then happened and knew I had to figure something else out. Thanks for watching.
