False imprisonment definitely was committed because of false information which is tort. The city attorney knew she had no probable cause to tell a judge people in that building needed protecting because I made it CLEAR I did not like going in those buildings. I made it CLEAR. I just wanted my proof for years. I think the parties who prevented my proof should be charged with obstruction of justice. A law established already.
My question is when police officers and city attorneys promote false imprisonment for me asking for my own proof in a building I had an order to visit. I had never got into any fight with the only two people that I do know on the restraining order who was Barbara Kong- Brown and Margaret Sullivan. Margaret Sullivan was the Analyst who stated the halliday's needed to address the water issues. Why would I want to harm people who have proof I been won my case? I was falsely imprisoned by police for illegal documents claiming I was harassing a person I never met. My order has been in place wayyy before this deranged person, proving she has NEVER been a factor in my life. There was not any mention of the fact that my younger Son and I have been outside of our home for years and the DA keeps coming with immature charges that proves they should not be in our community. I have proven a long time ago the plaintiffs did not complete work and entered my home illegally. The police keeps aiding and abetting their crime thinking I am afraid of the police and not addressing why they have had contact with me in the first place. Because of the police's denial and negligence they should be held liable for obstruction of justice as well.
