At the 4:11 timestamp, the brick building there on the corner that looks like it hugs around the hill going up is The Peake Building. What is so unique about it is that it is an apartment house with street level access on all four floors. Pretty neat huh?

I first thought you guys were on Wears Valley Rd at the wood carving shop looking at the video before I hit play with Sasquatch. Flag Rock gave me hints of Rock City See Seven States with the view and the rocks. What a view! I have never explored Norton, VA.

Next time you come drive all the way up to the High Knob Observation tower. You can see even farther than you did at flag rock. Also great place to eat in downtown Norton is the Woodbooger restaurant! If you need more adventure ideas you should check out the Breaks interstate park and Birch Knob tower in neighboring Dickenson County!

Thanks for the tips! We've been to High Knob several times. We hope to come back and camp and include the tower footage with it.
