Hi bro, first of all congratulations.
I received my offer letter with capgemini on August 12th and my onboarding is on September 15th. It was mentioned in the letter to fill the new employee wizard link and upload required documents within 7 calendar days from the date of my receipt of letter. It's been 15 days I received my offer letter but till today I have not received the new employee wizard link. I have mailed to my HR regarding this but no reply. I have no idea what to do further. Could u please help with this query?
You will get the link a day before or 2 days before your doj... they do stuff at the very last moment..

My joining is on 13 sept so how much salary will i get for sept month.. And when will i get it after sept end or with October salary
Hopefully you will 17 days salary as you are joining before the 15th day of the month..as i said in the video pick the number between 900 and 950 ( per day salary)and multiply it with 17... you will get the approx value which will be around 15to 16k. Another thing to keep in mind hopefully there is no probation for you I hope and its mentioned in the ol or loi that it will be 4lpa fron beginning.. coz capgemini has another rule where for first 6months you will be paid as per 3lpa and then it will increase.. but for my case it was mentioned 4lpa.. so am getting as per that and upon that I have already completed my training as well in my 8th sem itself.

For us the adapt training was not there.. we directly had instructor based training .. as per as i know.. there will be some assessment after your adapt training which will mcq based.. ....
