This is SUCH a helpful video Caroline. I have spleen as inner authority and it confuses the *** out of me. It's chained with my heart center, so that makes it even more confusing. I found a lot of online info, but usually its from beings who have 2 max 3 centres defined, and I have 6, so to amass all this info on all of them, to understand how the spleen talks for me personally is a real challenge. It seems like a very hard inner authority to have. Controversial and uncomfortable for many around. They want us to plan everything in advance, but we often won't know until the last moment. My partner is also a projector with splenic authority and we recently discovered how freeing it is not to have set plans, when we ventured out on a road trip. As long as we had a few fixed destinations and the car full of food and camping gear, the road there was open and we could stop and turn anywhere we wanted, sleep where we wanted etc. Everything went more smooth due to this. Everytime we plan our eg. vacation to a T, because we think it will minimize stress underway, we actually get stressed and pissed and things go south😂. This video landed at a really good time. And I reckon if you made yourself a tiny cheat sheet with reminders of what each of your Defined Centres need then it might make it easier to navigate all the definition. I'm a splenic projector and I've recently been guided to practice grounding myself into my body as often as possible, so everything you've said in the video was like a confirmation. Ever since I've been grounding myself daily, I became super sensitive to energies. I'm not yet "hearing my spleen" but I also just think I've not come into situations where it's needed because I've mostly been at home haha. I love the way you explain things, you really know your stuff, so happy to have stumbled across your channel!
The one thing that was most helpful from the video was when you said that it's not our fault if we are stuck in our head due to trauma and that we can come back into our bodies and hear the whispers. I feel seen❤
