I am in UK on skilled worker visa. I am an IT specialist, and I am getting more than 10 lakh per month. My partner also got job very easily as officer in a government dept (confidential) getting 2.5 lakh per month, we have not needed to work in shops or warehouses or in any shift pattern. Both of us have studied English medium professional degrees and know to communicate in English very well and we did not do any language tests to get the job or to start working here in UK. Even visa cost for both of us and air tickets was sponsored by my company. I did my interview from India.

@@rahulrajeev9763 I am an engineer who did MBA and was later working in an insurance company in India. A friend in an IT company asked me to come and join them to work for an insurance client. At this point I am in the IT sector with one of the Big 4. They asked me to go to the USA to try and solve some problems one of their insurance clients was facing. When I was in USA, another IT company from England contacted me to come and work for them permanently. They agreed to my terms regarding remuneration and visa for family and I agreed to join them upon returning to India after my USA assignment. All I did was update my Linkedin profile and everything else happened automatically.

Nan January 26th 2024 in aan UK vannath. I was working with EY in india. I applied jobs through online portals like Linkedin, indeed, CV Library etc and alhamdulillah got a job at Handlesbanken, a swedish bank.
If you have relevant experience in any area i would suggest everyone to apply while you are working on other normal jobs.
Interview is not difficult compared to how it is in India. They will only ask relevant questions based on your experience and other situational questions like how do you handle conflict, your strengths and weaknesses etc.
