Although you can technically tune a Boomwhacker by cutting it down to a shorter length, this is highly unrecommended unless you got one that was a few inches too long, unless you WANT them to be off-key. You can make a Boomwhacker’s sound lower in pitch by putting an Octivator cap at the end, which lowers the sound by one octave.
