Aim assist is just a soft word for AimBot...
They should revert to the beta aim assist. It was far more balanced than it is now. The rotational aim assist wasn't so insanely strong and actually required the user to aim. They should also remove snap aim assist, that has no business in a competitive first person shooter.
rewasd cheating wouldn't be such a big problem if the aim assist wasn't so massively overtuned like it is now. Fix the aim assist, and people will mostly stop using rewasd as the risk vs reward will be much higher.

I had a teamate today that just kept sticking me in place with the goo gun whilst my other team mate threw gas at me to kill me. For the entire game, right from the start.

How the so called trick shot players aka FAZE. How are they not playing this game
yeah watching people aimbotting...so fun...
With how strong the aim assist is in this game very few of the controller plays are impressive.
After seeing a cheating client video exposing bunch of players im curious how many of them not actually on controller, but using client to trick game into thinking on controller while on pc.

As a controller player, recoil in this game is very hard to controll on joysticks, had to switch to kb&m cause on controller you are slow and hard to hit from far away

It is extremely easy to beam people from far away on kbm but nearly impossible on controller(yes I’ve played with both) also you can’t jump, crouch, revive or pick things up and aim at the same time

Y'all need to stop bitching about aim assist. It's not aim assist. It's already been shown in videos these guys are cheating. Devs claim they're on it, but we'll see. Fortnite has better aim assist tbh. My kids can actually get a kill in fortnite. They've yet to kill anyone in the finals.
Always reminds me of COD WZ when the streamers would complain about AA then try controller and get rolled bro. Funny asf, yea the AA is tasty in this but pair it with 20 years on the sticks and you are a demon. Let them cry :D

One of the pro players in apex who played mnk for years in all games moved to controller for a while now and like 2 months ago mentioned that there is no way he would be going back to mnk. Aim assist gives people inhuman level of consistency. When average controller players can get as close as they do in accuracy as people on mnk in top 90 percentile that is when you know something is wrong. Those stupid claims how controller is so inferior to mnk is completely countered by how strong aim assist is.
