Ritesheji this arab company doesn't understand that indians are not like arabs ,we don't have oil money n we r blessed with super awesome fertile land in abundance unlike arab(UAE),itne inflated price agar 2nd phase mai hi hai to 4th phase mai kaha lejayenge ye log price ko, upcoming global city might have this sort of price WHICH they r asking right now for their project which is unjustified,india is full of super reasonable people islia yaha shayad rnd consumer inka project na le ,m taking about next phases coz of the price by the way they don't Justify it either,m not comparing it with foreign projects but yahi gurgaon mai M3M ALTITUDE has rooftop clubhouse which this project doesn't have (just saying)

@JackGreyrat-v4o mideast is going to £00m , that's not rocket science sir ,not just gurgaon but section of greater noida would also beat dubai , specially close to jewar n upcoming filmcity ,my point is this price will be corrected coz it is artificially inflated, right now indian's purchasing power is increasing at a rapid pace thus the process of correction is getting delayed but its bound to happen
