In india widely available are compound , but also real/couverture. Hence I was wanting to know what kind can I use which would give the best flavour taste and stay molten even after baking.

Please help with more detailed settings in otg. Mode like is it both rod and fan on. Is it placed on middle or lower rack. Beginner started using otg now

Hello mam creaming part you did in which speed?? like in my hand blender maximum speed is 5 . So i always do with maximum speed it takes me 2 min to cream the mixture...
Speed does affect.. also how soft the butter is when you started also makes a difference.. In my hand mixer I do not have speed setting.. but definitely would take more than 3 mins.. the butter should be almost white in colour
What chocolate did you use for these cookies? Dark chocolate? And if it is dark one how much bitter it is?
Hi Raj I am using regular compound chocolate here.. You can literally use any type of chocolate

Can I use whole wheat flour or half whole wheat and half all purpose instead of only all purpose flour? Can I reduce the sugar to half?

best as such kuch nahi hai.. depending on the type of cookie you are making it depends.. both are fat sources designed to give different flavours thats it

Yes it will.. you can literally use any chocolate of choice.. I have used regular compound chocolate

Refined flour quantity is given 150grams which I feel not correct because 1n 1/4 cup maida should be more in weight.
@@user-cd3bz4bx4g hi.. no it's correct only 1 cup maida is 120 gms.. I can understand why you are confused because 1 cup liquid that is milk would be 250 gms it's the difference in density.. so the given measurement is right only
Thanks for your reply sushma. .actually I tried this recipe using 150g maida but my cookie dough was very loose so I added little more flour n then it came out good. I tried your Korean buns ,tiramisu,cheese cake ,mango n Chocolate tresleches recipes as well and they turned out extremely well 😊😊thanks a lot 🙏
