    The more I ate, the more I liked these ribs! I will be doing this again. What's your favorite method for ribs?

    This is the only way I cook ribs. Santa Maria grilling is legit!!!

      Thank you for watching; and yeah, it's WAY more time consuming than I ever expected it to be! I currently have the Old Country Pits Vaquero (Santa Maria Grill), an Old Country Pits Smokehouse (Cabinet Smoker), and an Oklahoma Joe's Bronco.

    Why take the membrane off? It keeps the meat on the bone and adds flavor.
