I liked your video. Very simple explanation which could be understood by those who are new to SAFe methodology. Using useful visuals are definitely a winner. Keep it up.

Hello Steve. Thank you for this video and I need explanations on the ABC example (10:59).
I don't understand why the CoD sum for BCA sequence is higher than the ABC sequence...
In my vision, the both equaling 22.
    best regards.

Mea culpa....Good catch! It is a mistake in the art work .... and supports my recommendation that you should never be the sole reviewer of your own work. The grey overlay is misdrawn and shows the first sequence comes up short on total value. Yes indeed, all sequences as presented will ultimately deliver the same value of 22 - all things being equal. The point of this exercise is to demonstrate sequences favouring the early delivery of value based on WSJF will deliver better economic outcomes - pick the low hanging fruit.

Thanks @Steve Adolph for the video. I need an explanation of Time (Size) [10:36]. When you are drawing B the time axis is exceeding the maximum presented value on the axis (X) which is 25 while the size of B is only 2. Is this only a representation problem? Or I am missing something.
