from Grendel onwards it feels different as if something changed at DE, also, this should be a must watch for everyone who is being introduced to war frame

@@sauce6746But not like new ones. Dude is right, synergies on new frames are tight. Almost every old frame has one crappy ability you can Helminth without thinking. On new frames there is almost no reason to Helminth if you want to use frame as intended. For example, Kullervo ability are all synergise perfectly If you play it as intended - as a melee 12x combo heavy tank. But you can swap his 1 to make him a weapon platform or his 4 to make him a light attack spammer. My Voruna, Dagath, Citrine and Kullervo are Helminth free and I just can’t see reason to do so.

Feels like all the frames after Grendel and Gauss (release order) got more and more visually busy.
Frames like Voruna, Caliban, Lavos, Xaku, and the newest as of typing this, Kullevero, are all visually busy and less focused on having adaptable designs for customization / identifiable silhouettes and instead more focused on telling the story of the frame visually. Not saying either is a bad approach mind you. Just a thought I have.
Agreed. The only one I honestly click with post-Grendel, is Citrine, and it's mostly because her playstyle is so similar to my boy, Oberon.
@@RiotRabit Grendel is definitely a lot more straightforward offense than anything as complicated as Lavos or Xaku, so give him a shot if you like simple offensive frames like Volt, Garuda, etc.
As for Citrine, I do not have her, but i do take issue with her design...

I get the issues with Citrine's... design, but personally I spend most of my time staring at the back of the head and syndana of my warframes. I'm long past the point of having an immature giggle or two while customizing her colors in arsenal. The issue will prolly be gone in the prime version.
I like to imagine it as the orokin finding their rhthym in making the warframes, and thus each one slowly became a work of art as much as a weapon, which is pretty fitting for the orokin
@@mercwiththemouthsnewphone6798 This makes a lot of sense. I do want to point out a few things however:
At the time the Orokin were in power, the warframes had their Prime versions which are already more of a work of art than a practical soldier.
In game, the warframes visual design becoming more complex over time, and so did their powers became more complex. This is also true for the prime warframes.
First 40-45 warframes I can tell from a glance what their powers are, later on it seems like DE keeps having ideas but have troubles implementing power that compliment the theme. They do succeed, don't get me wrong (took me a while to figure out what is so "wolf" about Voruna's powers...).
With how things went down with recent warframe designs, you can somehow connect it to a theoretical lore within the warframe universe and how at some point the Orokin made it a competition on who can make a better looking warframe, and with time they also became more creative expressing their theme through their powers.

I remember playing when Saryn was the meta. When Nezha's empyrean skin dropped, when titania was shitted on despite being such a fun frame and not even bad, when i mained gara before her rework. I miss that. Idk why I quit. Think I quit just before or after Garuda. I was gonna hop back in but seeing what happened to fortuna after the new war really hurt the nostalgic feeling 😭

Hope I don't offend you but i think you should make the transition smoother and add a white overlay with blend mode and reducing its opacity as time passes with help of keyframe... add a shake effect also instead of just the blur

how did you get those screens?
There's a screenshot button in-game and you need to turn off something else. I forgot what it was but it was something that can Hide the HUD while taking screenshots. I got the screens from all their codexs. Or looking at all their abilities also work.

Somewhere in Warframes Settings. There is a setting to screenshot the screen without the HUD/UI.
