Suddenly engine not starting tata 2518 and ECM not responding to laptop error 5204

This vehical engine was suddenly stoped and not starting only engine cranking when we try to connecting the laptop one massage showing error 5204 then we checked the current to ECM no power supply in ECM due to ECM fuse was burn.
