I need someone to explain to me how he maintained 3 charges of chaos control after 2:50, cuz he killed the enemy which gave him 1 full charge, and then grabbing the capsule gives the 2nd charge where did the 3rd come from?
Glitch. If you get a chaos control capsule while in a current chaos control, you wait for it to run out and right as it finishes, you spam to activate the “capsule” one. The game doesn’t recogonize that you have used the second one yet so when it runs out, you get the “capsule” chaos control a second time. There are various levels where this is being used to get low times along with the spear tech and other tricks.
studying this run really helped me get better at the game overall. The level of routing is pure art.

I've tried spamming surf hop to maintain momentum but for some reason, it won't let me maintain it even when done out of a boost

when you hold the input to enable chaos control while collecting a chaos capsule, you get a free charge
