    I am Girish Bapat from Pune Maharashtra India. Age 75 . I liked the most is with out spending much time on explanation you immediately come to the point and show exercise which is important I find them helpful thanks a lot.

    All your videos are very good and the exercises you are showing are ver effective. I am 78 year old lady from India. I underwent knee replacement on my right leg twice. Now my left leg is giving me trouble. But I don’t want to undergo any surgery as I underwent mastectomy 9 months back and feeling very weak.
