その前に、大きなリングを作る練習をお勧めします❣️何故ならばマイマイリングはオニオンリングではないからです㊙️
オニオンリングの外側は「チェイン」ですよね。マイマイリングの外側は「リング」です。

Around 1919 Tina Frauberguer introduced the "Doopelringe"( in german) using only rings for this method. Doopelring = double rings.

Thank you for letting me know💖 I didn't know this already has a name🤭 This method is called Maimai Ring in Japan. A famous artist gave the name on it🥰 I thought the reason she introduced it in her book, because it's mine.
I don't have specialized books of tatting lace written in foreign languages. So Mock Ring, Alligator Join, I thought they all were my original🤗 (I found out about MR after searching, and I was taught about Alligator Join from follower on my instagram) And Jan's method. Why it has a name...? It's natural thing.

@@maimaikaito Jan Stawaz has a method to work the front and back side because the original tatting lace didn't have it. When I see your work and your videos I can notice that you work like the original tatters, Jan didn't does it. I also work the front side/back side of the tatting lace but I have a diferent way to do it. On the tatting lace it's there a lot of methods or techniques to learn... and that's the fun of it.
When you need it... I can send you information. About the onion rings there's a interesting way to work with rings that Aurora Lozada introduced on 2014 by the name "The perfect onion ring" and also are more ways from Kathleen Minniti and Judith Connors.

Frankly, my English is not enough for talking deeply🙈 I don't know details about Jan's method. I start working with the front side/back side things two or three months after I start tatting. I was surprised that it had a name! 😮
Tatting lace is interesting because each person has a different method🥰
