Finally, someone talking about the excellent play on words with reference to the blackbird. No blackbirds left to eat - nothing eats........H2s.....I guess
BTW another superb preview by 44teeth, outstanding lads xxx
Best bike channel on here. Great video guys. Disappointed in the Busa though. Stick to my Gsxr1000r then.
I personally never liked the looks but still a cool, beast bike. Nice to see the updates. Thanks for the proper preview vid instead of the "leaked" ones that seem to be copied over from a Nokia N70 to a VHS tape and then compressed in to a crappy JPEG.
Cracking vid and production values as ever from the 44T gang! As for the Hayabusa,...hmm it was never on my shopping list before so no change but I dare say those that had one will probably like this one.
With a race system getting rid of the cats and a remap should give good power I would expect
I hope this means we might get a new sort of B-King as well, a sort of hypernaked based on this new Hayabuse model
So new bike prices for a 2006 busa with a iPad and a body kit, and a really expensive exhaust that will be immediately put in the bin?
Willy Control sounds useful, im always loosing control of mine
So its the same bike but with some gucci electronics and geometry changes and a ever so slightly revised look.
Im sold
I have two 1999 Hayabusa’s and love the look of the new one. But in the past you bought a Busa and you knew it was special, now every 1000cc sports bike makes more power. This seems to Ben more of a gen 2.5 to me.
Shame as I had the card ready to pay the deposit, now I’m going to have to wait for a test ride or buy a second hand gen 2 and sort the ugly bits out.
Bit disappointed, this needed to be well over 200bhp
FINALLY fixed the Horrid Hump. NOW- Where's my 2021 B-KING? We really need a COMFORTABLE version of this bike. How about a lovely Bandit 1300?
Nice vid. I like it's looks but bit disappointed it's lost some performance, although in reality it's still got far too much! Plus if you chuck a full titanium system on, you'll probably save 20kg & be way over 200 bhp.
I want to see what JHS can do with one in association with rotrax or garrett or someone.
Turbusa or SupaSu.
@@RawTopShot Most definitely. The Hayabusa is traditionally a customisers dream but this one even more so with the Euro 5 strangulation removed so bags of potential! As you said, can't wait to see what's possible!
I guess I just saved some money, i will keep my gen one thank you.
I like the way it looks. Although that headlight is giving me K4/K5 vibes. (Which isn't really a bad thing to be honest).
Experimented with exciting engines yet we still get the same old shit.
I thought that
@bab ep3 Do they even remember how to create something new?
How exiting was the turbo 6 cylinder when you rode it? And how shit was the new hyabusas engine when you rode it?
Notice the guys kept looking sideways at the guy with the gun telling them to keep a straight face?
Please, don't mention it, the BURN still hurts me. 😭👎💩
Poor things, waiting to get their swing arms extended.
Please no... 🤣
🤢🤮
If you ask me,I think they should put exhaust from moto gp bike to the new Hayabusa. It will look/fit perfecly.😎🔥
I wonder how its going to compare to the H2
As far as speed in a straight line, we already know the answer. The new Busa has roughly the same power output as the old model. But why compare them to begin with? They are not competing products, and the H2 will continue to cost over $10K more.
@@xformant oh, I thought they aimed at the same segment! Thanks for setting me straight
@@khawajadotd zx14r is the equivalent
@@xformant Busa and H2 are both in the same segment. Both bikes are pretty much advertised as straight line kings.
Difference is Suzuki might just aim at the budget approach and Kawasaki is/will go all out
So bassically a normal model refresh but it took them 10 years to do?
I own Suzuki Hayabusa Gen 2 and I must say , this new reincarnation of the new Busa does not go far enough, and technology Engine and weight factor , I think they’re fell well short to attract buyers like me, it’s been a long time coming and it’s not worth the wait.
I'm sure we're all heartbroken to hear about the power numbers but I wonder what those would do with an exhaust and tune? Let's be honest. No one keeps their bikes stock.
The aforementioned falcon is the fastest animal in the world. 200mph almost at full dive.
Whats with Panigale inspired tail lamps?
So this wont be faster than old ZX12R, Kawasaki H2, and mostly many of the 1000cc supersports?
Doesn’t sound like much point upgrading from a gen 2...
Blame the purist and EPA regulation
the heck its not! the looks alone blow the second gen away especially the tail section
Imagine a bike more popular than R1s, Ninjas, H2s, Desmosedici's, and Gixxers.
Imagine the expectations.
That's the Hayabusa.
In my opinion it’s bloody lovely, had Busa’s from the word go, but this really needed to be and is an evolution...
Bit disappointed that it’s not got an all singing all dancing gearbox on it like the rumours, but... May even trade the H2 in for one🤔
It's never been one of my favourite bikes, but in this era of electrification one must apreciate suzuki still making the "mothafukin busa!!!"
Just curious is the back pack the same test gear the original test pilot used back in 98 on their proving ground... lol
The bike of the straight line warriors has returned
AMAZING FANTASTIC MAGIC I TEST HAYABUSA AT 299 klm MANY TIMES I OWN 2 rd GEN HAYABUSA IS AMAZING BIKE SO I AM WAITING FOR THE NEW THE 3 rd GEN TO RIDE I LOVE IT I LOVE YOUR VIDEO I REALY ENJOYED IT THE LEGEND IS BACK
I really appreciate the design
To me the bike looks spot on for what a modern bussa should look like. Wonder if the misses will let me miss a few mortgage payments.
Looking forward to your review. Is there any news on price for it yet or too soon to ask ?
Gen 1 guy here, they should have aimed for over 200bhp in my opinion but it looks great.
Not gonna lie. The new Hayabusa, looks legit! Like molten chocolate lava. Personally I don't like Drag bike in general (I'm not talking to you H2R! ZX14 and Hayabusa still hold the throne), but this bike is exceptional!
A well touch Japanese engineering.
Your getting pretty good at this Statham.
