Grumman Sport Boat and PPF Wood Duck Mud Motor

I looked at a lot of different mud motor kits for my Grumman Sport Boat and decided to go with a PPF Wood Duck and Honda 6.5hp.
This is my first test run with the PPF on my Grumman Sport Boat.
Update as of 10/15/2024
I learned a lot on that first outing and as a result made some changes over the last (2) weeks. I modified the handle to allow for both sitting and standing, raised the motor to allow for rotating it for trailering / launching and fine tuned my trailering setup. I also just finished installing a grab bar (no welding or holes in the Grumman needed), I'll be uploading videos soon.
In addition to the above, I'm also going to do an in depth video showing the electric start install and wiring.
