You don’t often get the chance to hear a business owner let you in on their calculus for making critical business decisions; but here PJ let’s us listen in to how this potential run down house purchase didn’t fit his business model. I was similar to Thomas in that when my husband (then bf) went into business with me, he had over 10 years more experience. I’m sure, like me, Thomas is learning a lot assisting PJ’s operations.
In my humble opinion, the problem with dark painting is not that it gives a sense of smallness but also a feeling of claustrophobia it might not look like a ship's cabin but more of a a deluxe railway cabin and the new listing too much expensive to repair but seems to have witnessed better days.
Glad that you didn't buy the house, lots of work. Beside that, your house looks beautiful. Love the bathroom love the color. Cute babe goat. Both of you are so handsome without shirts on..💖⚘⚘
