Why are they getting released? They were 12 and stabbed someone 19 times. They stabbed their FRIEND 19 times. They will never be mentally well! If this is how they treat their friends, imagine them getting upset with someone whose a stranger.
These nut cases should never be released.
The brain at 12 is a lot different than the brain at 22, not to mention the impacts of mental health and preexisting psychological conditions.
Well they are white that's why they are being released
@@bretthaines2676okay Morgan…. Ur disgusting
@bretthaines2676 yes but it's still no excuse
This is what happens when people think they can cure people like this look at the mendez brothers it's the same people like these should never be realised
You got to be kidding me. She’s a danger to the community, and they release her? This just shows you how bad our justice system is!
40 years is 40
Not 10 for property damage
Sick
Do NOT LET HER GO
Idk. She doesn’t look rehabilitated to me
Now who's next, if it happens, put the judge in prison.
Absolutely disgusting! She should *NEVER* be released.
Are you stupid
Slender man sounds like demon! This is sick. So sad. Parents need to monitor what their children are watching on social media.
This has been on social media for years, even when I was younger. It used to be spooky and fun like the Boogyman, Goosebumps or Are You Afraid Of The Dark. But of course, like many things, the internet ruined it. The main problem is the parents not keeping up with and monitoring what their kids are doing. We thought unadulterated access back then was bad, but nowadays it is MUCH much worse. It's likely these girls who hurt their 'friend' were remarkably unwell before they even discovered what Slenderman was. It was just something to latch to.
Should never be released!
any funds from publishing should be paid to the victim and her family
I can't believe she's 22 already!!
The punishment should fit the crime
40 years minimum
Wow. Everything is so backwards in this world.
That psychiatrist is WAY too close to a young girl. So unprofessional for a forensic trained psychiatrist.
This person should never be set free!
There is no way they should get out of prison....
Privileged
That haircut is criminal
She identifies as a trasngender male now
She's still a risk keep her locked up 😢
It’s premeditated also!!!! Wtf
🙄 I'm still confused how their parents did not know or do anything?!?! My 12 year old child would NEVER have uncontrolled access to the internet. They watched up these websites for hours and hours until they're obsessed. That's unresponsible and far away from good parenting.
NEVER SAY NEVER. Pray for your children often
Parents should be charged too parents need to learn to parent
She has schizophrenia my guy. She saw a lot of random non internet things that weren't there. This isn't a 'kids on the internet too young' situation. As much as I agree kids shouldn't be on there, if it wasn't slanderman it would have been something else.
Schizophrenia dies not make people murder and it is no excuse. A lack of remorse has nothing to do with schizophrenia. These excuses are a disservice to mentally ill people.
What she had was a budding psychopathic disorder.
If 12 yr olds can be sentenced as adults for school shootings so could have this person.
Ugh no.
Yeah she looks sane enough to release……… NOT I swear the public NEEDS to STOP being LAZY and start paying attention to politics and who’s calling the shots in their areas who they can show they won’t be pushed around. Bc this is ridiculous 🤣🤣 they would’ve had to keep her in there for HER safety if that were me
Wonder how the victim feels in this situation?
Absolutely terrible. I feel so bad for Payton ❤❤❤ These girls should still be in prison.
5:53 THE FAN ART 😭😭
Can't believe that was over 10 years ago. I rememeber hearing about it (I was 11-12 years old back then). Time really went by fast
Nooooooo shes a monster
why why why, they murder someone and your letting her ass out.
They didn’t murder her. They attempted to murder her.
They didn't murder anyone. It was attempted murder.
Y'all with your comments are out of control. Based on just what's here I hope you aren't parents or teachers.
The kid they are going to release: "It's weird I thought I would feel remorse, but I don't feel any". Also the dolls had their heads and hands cut off. They should not be released. Both admitted they did not have remorse.
I feel like slender man is now an evil manifestation coming from corporate america. Think carefully of what what slender man represents and also wearing a suite with no face. This is what the corporate world has become.
When the lawyer said “this was one act, not a pattern of acts.” Yeah, no big deal. 🙄
Yes, it was the first act and would have developed into a pattern of acts, but her 'friend' lived to tell who did it. I too, thought that an absolutely ridiculous statement by the guy.
this made it into a law & order svu story
It made it into a Criminal Minds episode too
The parents knew them kids was disturbed they all need to be held accountable brought to justice
A lot of you coming from the position of the victims family but these young ladies need that empathy as well. There was no fatality. These young women absolutely have the benefit of their youth to consider rehabilitation. It is very possible they become productive members of society. Just because people are so jaded that prohibits them from reconsidering their stance doesn't mean that everyone that enters is hopeless.
Our Justice System Sucks..
Sadly, soo many prisoners will be released. My they come out better, then when they went in.
I hope she is rehabilitated and can move on with her life.
Habakkuk 1:4 Therefore the law is slacked, and judgment doth never go forth: for the wicked doth compass about the righteous; therefore wrong judgment proceedeth. Proverbs 29:2 When the righteous are in authority, the people rejoice: but when the wicked beareth rule, the people mourn.
*Ban Social Media NOW*
Sickening? It's like a cult. There should be no release for these stabbings? Give the families justice!
Bad decision.
should not be release at all
I am shocked! Completely shocked! I remember seeing this in the news but never going in depth until now. That poor girl! Not only the trauma she has had to endure but now the people that did it are going free! To be in society! I am an empath but I do not see the justice here! All I see is an old white judge who let out a psychotic attempted murder!
Disturbing she is allowed out.
He needs to stay in prison
They got a 2025 discount.
I forgot all about this story😮 it’s been years
Good luck dude. Know yourself. If you start to slip, get help.
Oh Jesus NO !!
SMH
cringe
Very similar to Trump followers
Nah, the sound like gender confused Demoncrats
TDS.
@@1faithchick7you’ll have it too. Have to see what your tolerance level is.
Stumbling along - LA....no ❤️
Nope
Damn, she hit the wall hard
Hope he or she really is fine. Good luck.
did we ever figure out if slenderman is real?
He lives in the forest and you summon him by screaming like Xena the warrior princess
He has since slowed his roll, he now mostly rides unicorns while reciting poems by Paula Nancy Millstone Jennings.
