You win again UA-cam rabbit hole. I started on a video about Victorian desserts and happily wound up here. Delightful!

I was just sitting here looking at my wine bottles on my wine rack and for some reason wondered if there's a wine jello and came across this video! Ha! 😄 it does exist! Only I hit the jackpot bc it's champagne 🍾

half a bottle is not at the half height of the bottle if the bottle is narrower at the top? Should we measure it so it doesnt come out scr3w3d up?

Soak it in a little bit of alcohol for a few days, strain it, and throw it in during the cold part where you bloom the gelatin. Avoid throwing it in during the hot part where he’s using the stove. Alcohol works great for extracts, just try to keep it cool and stays good for a very long time

Well my first attempt of this. I have a pan of clumpy gold liquid. It never set.
That was an expensive mistake. 🤦🏻‍♂️

Branding aside, they're the same thing. It's like saying a suspension of ethanol in distilled water isn't vodka. It's vodka.
