While the former CJP is a controversial figure now, his judgment in the military courts case where amendment to the constitution was called in question, is for the ages. It is the best argument against the salient features doctrine and in favour of the supremacy of parliament.

He is respected, But his expertise didn't exist in his working period. I respectfully disagree with Qanoondan to invite the respected ex-Cheif justice of Pakistan.
A person who has interpreted constitution to benefit few should not be the one to give lectures on constitution. He is intellectually dishonest person.

General election se pehle proper game play largest party se election symbol leliya ! Woh bhi totally illegal koi constitution provisions nai zikr ! Apex court 11 member bench uska faisla tha qazi ne woh bhi nahi likha ! Woh establishment ke pawns akbar s babar wgra unki baatein sunkar no evidence no paper nothing qazi passed a judgement which is totally stupid ! Fundamental rights uda diye croron logon k ! Qazi ne RO s lagwaye uska kya result nikla ?? Nonination papers reject kiye 800 plus candidates majority pti se ! Election day wale din kya hua ! Sab k pas orignal result but wohh bad mei chori karliyaa itne faltooo tareeke se ! Aj tk votes ko agg laga rhe hai fake stamps laga rhe hai ! 20 20 thousands votes reject kr rhe hai yeh toh kisi ghatiya country mei bhi nahi hota jo qazi ne pakistan mei karwadiya ! Uske baad no investigation no enquiry nothing !! Qazi court proceeding kaise conduct krta hai ? Pehle e apna mind disclose kr deta hai khud e apne faltoo arguments dene lag jata hai ! Agar case imran khan ya pti ka ho qazi ka bughz bias khulkar sahmne aata hai ! Personal attacks taunts advocates ko down krna ! Ek judge ko case sunna chahiye jb woh bias. Ho ?? Courts or law ka kyaa mjak bana qazi k under ? High courts k order disregard kiye jaa rhe ! Jail trial kitna bhonday tareeqe se kiya gya ! Yeh drama banana republic mei e ho skta hai !!
