Yes, back with more MTH! yeah the autotune part always throws me off too, but it's ment to be this over the top to sound silly like a modern pop-love song, as a joke (despite the high sexual content). and of course at the end you get the true love song part and even people who don't speak japanese understand what this lovesong is about. ;D

Yup yup, her younger brother if I am not mistaken.
I think the effect was just heavy autotune and compression 2:13. At first I hated it but a few listens and in the context of the song I just see it as funny and gimmicky, almost making fun of that old autotune style
