My mother used to do quite a bit of thrifting and garage sale shopping and I recall having some of those J.L. Prescott squeaky toys. They were definitely before my time and I was definitely past the toddler stage but I certainly enjoyed those squeaky toys and their delightful faces and colors! Thanks for the trip down memory lane!

Ahhh all those beanie babies! I like picking them up when I can to craft with. I try to pick up ones that people would not go to grab like with missing ear tags or mildly damaged. That way I don't feel as bad making things out of them.
