However I would suggest you to drive it a bit carefully on indian roads, as it's ground clearance isn't exactly the best. If you like being chauffeur driven, the s class or e class would be a better option. A6 is also a great alternative for a lower budget of 70 lakh

This is a great car no doubt. But as it competes with the Mercedes Benz E Class, BMW should have improved the interior comfort & tech a lot more to match that of the Mercedes Benz E Class. At almost the same price bracket, the Mercedes Benz E Class blows the current BMW 530d out of the water.

No. Chip shortage isn't the problem, those features are reserved for the 530d.
