You can't still order drinks at the 2 Pool Bars when we were there. Gym is open. Ala Carte Restaurants are open too, but with limited seats you need to have a booking confirmation in advance.
if you had to compare with Riu hotel which one would you prefer ?
You cannot compare the two as Riu is only 4 star and JA is 5 star hotel.

Can you please say what is included for all inclusive guests? I mean activities, food, drinks, transfer? Thank you. And how is bathroom in the room? You didn’t show bathroom)

There are 2 types of All Inclusive (Deluxe and Ultra). We had Deluxe only that includes:
Breakfast (Ibn Majed - buffet - main restaurant)
Lunch (Captains Bar / Sports Cafe
Dinner (Captains Bar & Sports Cafe (ala carte), La Fontana & Ibn Majed (Buffet)
You can have alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages at any restaurants and pool bars
For Resort Activities
Free - Mini Golf, Aviaries, Bio Garden
With Charges - Shooting Range, Golf, Horse Riding, all Water Sports Activities
Transfer: I know there is free bus transfer to Malls and Atlantis (I was not able to try as we have our car with us).
* I missed showing the bathroom (it is a bit small for Deluxe Room) but manageable.

This landscape is like a paradise in the desert. However, their management became a total failure! They have no respect for their guests' demands they're housekeeping is extremely noisy and they lack proper privacy and courtesy
It’s true their management lacks courtesy, and we felt discriminated, nevertheless, we enjoyed our stay ☺️
