I think the house of cb dress shows how much good material and good pattern in general can change your body shape. It’s not your body. It’s the clothes.
The reason why they used black seam for both the shirt and the white skirt is because changing the seam in the machine takes time, so if they don't change it they can make more clothes in less time.

@Ana Paula here‘s the thing: clothes cannot possibly be this cheap, without exploitation of labour, environmental tolls, cheap materials and stolen designs. It just is not possible. I absolutely agree with you, that not everyone can afford pricey clothes of good quality but fast fashion is not the solution. These materials will last maybe 2-3 months before they are not wearable anymore because this clothing is designed to be consumed in gigantic amounts, and as fast as possible. I understand your struggle to afford fashion and I agree that there arent any good options as for now, to solve the issue. Second hand is one option but i get that thats not for everyone. But we all benefit if fast fashion dies out and we start producing clothes again that last for decades.

For the blue collared dress: try pulling the bottom together and aligning it to look good, then secure it somehow (fabric tape, fabric glue, E6000, sewing) and it may help with the length! I hope this helps 💜 I diy my clothes a lot lol
