This is "normal' in Latin American countries. With millions of immigrants here, it is US that need to adjust to what they consider to be normal driving. I remember when i studied the Puerto Rican Drivers Handbook about 1982. Got to the part about driving on the Hiway and stated it was okay to back up if you missed your exit ( as long as there wasn't too much traffic ). I re-read it three times to make sure i wasn't imagining something stupid, or a misprint. Nope, back up on the Hiway if you missed your exit. Tossed the handbook, took the PR Driving test, got my license and started driving like a Puerto Rican ( meaning with my hazard flashers on, just to act like a local ). Island life... ☆
No......we do not need to adapt to all the foreigners coming into our country, THEY need to speak and read english and learn our laws and way of life if they want to live in the US,
Why did he stop middle of the hwy why can’t stop side of the road, glad you escaped from that, nowadays people losing their brain and thinking that he owns this HWY.
