I'd like it alot if our team could actually play more than 1 or 2 quarters a game. I'm going to have a heart attack if this keeps up. UVA played a pretty decent game - the QB wasn't the best skills-wise, but he managed the offense well enough to give us fits. Kudos to him. And Long's counterpart on the other side of the D-line was a beast. But in the end - we start playing our own style of football instead of others dictating our style for us - then we win. :)
All I know is UVA gave Texas Tech, especially the QB, all it wanted and minus us having to put Lilach in the game for our starting QB we may have very well won that game. It was a hell of a game though and hats off to your QB getting his act together becaues Long was all over him.

well apparently groh said he tried to challenge it but the officials wouldn't let him because they ruled it unchallengeable. And from the looks of how angry he was on the field, I believe him. Pretty dissapointing game from my standpoint, but great game nonetheless. I am glad that UVA showed that they were not undeserving of that bowl game though.
at the 3:50 mark that was a B.S. unsportsmanlike conduct call. he didnt even do much and it wasnt directed towards anyone. and that VA lineman looked like he was having a seizure after everyplay.. but anyways Victory GO RAIDERS!
I agree that the refs missed the fumble. Al Groh should have used his Coach's Challenge, though. That's what it is for. Grohl dropped the ball on that one. (Pun intended!)
Like Chris Parker's for unsportsmanlike conduct. That was an absolute joke. The guy from UVA did something similar to that the play before and after. Hell everybody in college football does something like that and alot of time it is something much worse and it isnt called.
The Next season is ours...Potts returning, Texas and OU have no McCoy or Bradford. Facin Texas at home which will be a win, we will end up 12-1 with a win in a BCS Game losing to OU in norman. No one beats OU at home.
