Have you changed the spring? Mine is very bad and the counterweight doesn't even spring back, and that's probably the cause of engine not spinning as the starter motor doesn't have the power to overcome compression of a closed cylinder.
Aleksandr Melanich i had and have assumed that there is a noise / crunch or difficulty spinning the engine over or when it it’s switched off. It cannot be seen from your video, just my experience with these engines, sprag clutch is one way ratchet and is on the flywheel on right hand side of engine. If no noises and engine turns over without noises slipping then it’s ok. Tho A Common fault with this Roatx model 655 engine is the sprag clutch slipping, which is behind and on the back of the Flywheel. A special puller tool is needed to get the flywheel off the engine. Only replace it / get it done if there is a crunch noise on starting / turning the engine over on the starter motor. Goggle Pegaso Starter Clutch or Sprag Clutch. Wemoto sell them cheaper than Aprilia. Be sure of correct year model of bike.

How much torque you used to screw the cap again on the block
Looks not too bad. However, I renewed the spring in 1996 model.

Aleksandr Melanich I am guessing that you have a starting up slipping Sprag Clutch problem that is on the back of the flywheel.
I did not get the point, sorry :) What is the problem with sprag clutch and how can i check it? And how did you see it on the video? ))

looks just fine to me,it can have up yo 2 mm before you feel the spring tension, when moore than that it should be changed
