I don't understand a word of Hindi, but after 16-hour days at Boeing, mostly catching rides from Tukwila to Tacoma, mostly with Indian cab drivers in the wee hours... I associate this with unwinding at the satisfying end of a very long and stressful day.
I bought the CD, of course, and asked my Hindi friends at the neighborhood 7-11 what "Ta'al" means. ❤ I didn't know why they suddenly got severely embarrassed, and the best they could manage was, "Rythm." (I learned a little more later. They were too moral and chaste to explain it, but we all agreed we love the album, and they recommended Subash Ghai (sp?) as an excellent example of Bollywood's finest.)
