@@micaelalgarrao6043Yes, master HTML and CSS really well. Then top it with good understanding of JS (JavaScript). Being proficient in all these alone can get you a good job. Believe me, you'll be a top tier front end developer. And yes PHP is for backend, helps you bring in database, consume APIs and do more in your software (web, mobile or desktop apps). Finally, once you've mastered JS well, using React & Vue would be piece of cake. One more thing, don't forget to learn Nodejs (it's just writing JS on a server).

php is good bcz in 2023 i apply lots of company's and no one selected finally i got one opportunity in php mysql laravel so this is my start in it feild as a fresher i will learn lots of technology but always php has soft corner in my heart

People really dont understand the power of PHP and still have the bad taste of PHP from back in the day. The language has grown a lot, and a lot of new JS libs and frameworks are looking back at PHP for inspiration.
There is no such thing that php is old. You can literally do anything from building serverless web apps, high-performance servers with multi-threading and coroutines, to now building native desktop apps with PHP.
The real value of a language is not just about what it offers. It is all on your ability to extract the most out of it for your use case.
Exactly bro, I earn my bread using PHP. Laravel is my emotion and comfort zone we can build anything using PHP.
I have seen product based companies use PHP for their heavy loads work. An entire pharmacy company with more than big warehouses with 30 retail stores using PHP that manages the entire workflow.
Let me tell you this guy has zero knowledge as a software engineer
Frameworks go out of fashion, languages not so much. Pick a language and stick to it until you are comfortable, then maybe branch out. PHP is and will stay for a long time, because its easy to use, powerful and is community driven. The only argument people make is effective, it may not be designed for scientific purposes but it will aid in it. Do you bulky calculations here, and present it over there with PHP. I learnt PHP from a young age and still use it to this day for a living. Many people used to say its bad obsolete etc, but here we are nearly a century later and still the same conversations and PHP still is a huge part of everyone's life. LIVE WITH IT!

PHP is pretty nice when used with Symfony/Laravel. Not super flashy, but it's comfortable to work with once you're used to it
PHP has its Place.. I can say a programmer who say a language is bad, doesn't really know it uses cases in depth..
If you learned php, you can learn many languages because if you know the fundamental of php, you can learn any language such as JavaScript, python, and more

@@raptor78455 I agree that PHP can be great (it became popular for a reason of course 🙂), but I wouldn't use it as an entrypoint to learn programming. I believe it should only be used when maintaining older code, it's kind of clunky and it's easy to introduce vulnerabilities. A language like Python would be better since it can be used for discord bots etc without committing a programming war crime 😛

@@alokprakash2017 I agree brother. Remember that before 2009, tech giants predicted javascript will be dead within 2 years, and then came node js. Now Javascript is used even in James Web Telescope. MNCs use Java and C#, it will cost so much to migrate. I'm not saying any language is bad. Believe me PHP can do everything that it is supposed to do. Also the language is still in active development, that is promising. Don't judge a language by job openings or words of a social media influencer. 😀 You will find more libraries for PHP than any other because it is a mature language. Also don't compare it with python which is a general purpose language. Hope you can understand.
